Founded in 2025 on the belief that disciplined systems outperform emotional decision-making, the framework combines strategic patience, structured execution, and long-duration thinking across multiple asset classes and future business ventures.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in a family of eleven, McGee developed an early understanding of resilience, responsibility, and long-term perspective — values that were further forged during eight years of service in the United States Army as an Airborne Technical Engineer with the 37th Engineer Battalion, including deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2006–2007.
Following military service, McGee transitioned into education, currently serving as a mathematics teacher in Durham Public Schools. The analytical discipline of mathematics, combined with military structure and operational planning, continues to shape the company's approach to capital allocation and risk management.
